Yes, our futura wigs are heat-friendly and can be curled or straightened using low heat only. Proper care and styling techniques will help maintain the quality, texture, and lifespan of your wig.

For curly or wavy wigs:
Curl on low heat and set the hair in pin curls. Allow the curls to cool completely before removing the pins to help the style last longer.

Detangling:
All wigs should be carefully brushed from tip to root to remove tangles gently and reduce tension on the hair.

Storage:
Curly wigs should be stored in loose rolls to retain their texture and prevent tangling or matting. Keeping wigs in a silk or satin bag or on a mannequin head is also recommended.

The lifespan of your wig depends on how well it is maintained. With proper care, our synthetic wigs can last up to 6 months while retaining their quality and softness. Using the right hair products, avoiding excessive heat, and gentle handling will help extend your wig's lifespan. Proper storage on a mannequin head or in a silk/satin bag also prevents tangling and dryness, keeping your wig looking beautiful for longer.

All orders are processed within 2 business days after the order is placed. Once processing is complete, your order will be dispatched for shipping. Shipping duration varies depending on your location and will be clearly communicated at checkout before payment is made. *Please allow for extra time during high volume and holiday periods.

At House of Lehumo, customer satisfaction is very important to us. Therefore, each product is carefully inspected before shipping to ensure it meets our quality standards.

We have a 5-day return policy, which means you have 5-days after delivery to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item/s must be in the original condition you received it, unaltered, unworn, with tags, unwashed, undamaged, free from glue, styling products, odors or signs of wear and in its/their original packaging, with lace uncut. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

*Please note that wigs showing signs of styling, washing, bleaching, dyeing, plucking, cutting, heat damage, or improper handling will not qualify for a return or refund.

Refund approvals are subject to inspection of the returned item. Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.
