All orders are processed within 48 business hours after payment has been successfully confirmed. Once processing is complete, your order will be dispatched for shipping.

Shipping & Delivery
Shipping times vary depending on your location and selected delivery method. Estimated delivery timelines and shipping costs will be clearly communicated at checkout before payment is completed.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive shipping confirmation and tracking details. It is the customer’s responsibility to follow up on their package once it has been shipped.Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their country.
Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for ensuring that all shipping information provided at checkout is accurate and complete.
Please ensure that your delivery address matches your billing/payment address where required.

Liability
House of Lehumo is not responsible for:
• Incorrect or incomplete delivery addresses provided by the customer
• Delays caused by courier services
• Lost or stolen parcels marked as successfully delivered
• Delivery delays resulting from customs, public holidays, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control
Once an order has been handed over to the courier, responsibility for delivery lies with the shipping provider.
Failed Deliveries & Returned Parcels
If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or refusal to accept the parcel, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping fees required to resend the order.
