Refund policy

Please note that all images and videos show the actual product you receive. Synthetic material, colours and texture may vary slightly under different phone/ lighting/camera conditions.

Returns 

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7-days after confirmed delivery date to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item/s must be in the original condition you received it, unaltered, unworn, with tags, unwashed, undamaged, free from glue, styling products, odors or signs of wear and in its/their original packaging, with lace uncut. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

*Please note that wigs showing signs of styling, washing, bleaching, dyeing, plucking, cutting, heat damage, or improper handling will not qualify for a return or refund.

Customers must provide photo/video evidence of defects before return is approved

Once your return is approved, you must:
• Arrange and cover the cost of return shipping. 
Returns will need to be sent to the following address: 767 Unit E, Mankweng, Polokwane, South Africa, 0727.

 

Please note:
• Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted
• House of Lehumo is not responsible for lost or damaged return parcels

Once the returned item has been received and inspected, we will:
• Provide a replacement if the wig is available in stock, or
• Issue a refund if the wig is no longer available

Refund approvals are subject to inspection of the returned item. Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.

Damages & Concerns

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items).
We also do not accept returns for improper maintenance of wigs/items after delivery 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
